The Last of our Beach Photos
Rounding out our wonderful vacation to the outer banks I was left with a few great shots taken over the two week period. They are random but each of them has a special place in our hearts and will bring back many memories for years to come. Enjoy!
Watermelon Time!
On our last evening before heading home we took some time for family photos on the beach and watermelon. Julianna has loved pineapple more than anything since she was about six months old but with summer and the wonderful watermelon that are now in season she has a new favorite. Enjoy!
Here Comes the Sun
Julianna definitely takes after her mom in that she likes to wake up with the sun. On this day we walked to the beach just in time to greet her as she rose. We got some really great shots!
Supermoon
Sunday, June 23 was the supermoon event of 2013. The moon was both the fullest and closest to earth it would be for the year. Our family gathered on the beach to watch it rise. And we got a few silly shots as well. Enjoy!
Fun, Fun, Fun
A few more shots taken another day we spent on the sound. We tried to take Julianna to many different things while on vacation to see her reaction and get to know her favorites.
Pamlico Sound
Julianna loved the calm waters of the Pamlico sound. Near the shore the water was shallow enough that she could just crawl through it. Eric and I spent hours with her kicking, splashing and having a grand ole time.
Apple of Papa’s Eye
Here are a few shots we took as the sun was getting lower in the sky. Baby J loves spending time with papa and walking on the beach with him made her so giggly!
Frisco Beach
Below are a few shots we took on Frisco beach while looking for sea shells. The morning started out a little bit cool but the afternoon was marvelous. Julianna also enjoyed some spaghetti on the porch. Enjoy!
