Julianna Starts Solid Foods
At Julianna's four month appointment with the pediatrician we were given the green light to start her on some solid foods. Over the last two weeks or so she has been getting better and better. Now, she can't wait for that spoon and reaches for my hand as I pull it away to get more. Her favorites so far are butternut squash, green beans and peaches. With peaches being her very most favorite -- could be related to the hundreds of peaches mommy at while pregnant with Julianna!. In addition, she continues to love sitting in her high chair. I think she like the independence and likes how high she is off the ground.
Elenore the Elephant
Julianna had two costumes this year. Mommy and Papa couldn't decide so since we had multiple events to attend we decided to buy them both. On Halloween night Julianna was Elenore the Elephant. She was sooooo cute! Papa took her to his company's Halloween party to show off his little girl and her costume received rave reviews! Enjoy!
Tummy Pics
Julianna is all smiles as her back gets stronger and stronger...won't be long before she starts to crawl!
Bucket Hat
Julianna watches mommy get ready for fall plantings wearing our favorite hat! She loves sitting in the rocking chair and watching mommy and the birds!
Mommy’s Little Pumpkin
I love this time of year. October in NC is just so perfect. This weekend we created our own little "pumpkin patch" on our front door stairs and Julianna posed for some great shots!
Nothing beats Grandma’s Lap
Grandma visited us late last week and I got this great shot of them enjoying the nice autumn weather. Maybe Julianna will be an outdoors person like mom and grandma!
Lost Weekend at Nana’s
Julianna, Chandra, and I went to visited Nana a few weeks past (5 to be exact) and got some great candid pictures of Great Aunt Gigi, Aunt Abigail, and family friend Ben. Had a great time, wish we had had more time to visit.
